About
I am a self-taught painter, based in Serbia and Slovenia, working with oils. I am drawn to the human figure and to scenes that suggest a story without telling all of it. I paint people in moments of encounter, distance, loss, change, or uncertainty, using gesture, expression, objects, and light to give the scene its meaning.My paintings are often built around a single moment — something has happened, or is about to happen, but the viewer is left to wonder what came before and what will follow.With each painting, I also write a piece of prose connected to the scene. The prose often tells something of what first inspired the painting. I write these pieces in Serbian, my native language, and translate them into English so that the stories behind the paintings can be shared with a wider audience. When I share my paintings on social media, I always include the prose in both languages.My studies in psychotherapy have shaped the subjects I return to, particularly human behavior, relationships, and the ways people affect one another.I am interested in painting stories that could belong to anyone, but that are shown through one particular moment.

Commission & Artwork Purchase PolicyCommissionsCommission prices are based on the size and composition of the painting. Each artwork is an original piece created specifically for you.PaymentA 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin the artwork. This secures your commission and covers materials and the initial work involved.The remaining 50% is due once the painting is completed and ready to ship. The artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped once the final payment has been received.Commission ProcessBefore I begin, we will agree on the artwork’s size, composition, subject and other important details. Once the commission has started, significant changes to the agreed concept may not be possible or may require an additional fee.I will keep you updated on the progress of your painting and provide photos when appropriate.CancellationOnce I have started the painting, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.ShippingArtwork is shipped with a declared value and insurance where available. In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, I will file a claim with the carrier and handle the process according to their insurance terms.Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the artwork is sent.⸻Available ArtworkPurchasing an ArtworkIf you are interested in purchasing an available painting, please contact me with the name or image of the artwork you are interested in. I will confirm its availability, provide the final price including shipping, and arrange payment with you directly.PaymentFor now, I accept payment through PayPal or Revolut. Payment details or a payment request will be provided after we have confirmed your purchase.The artwork will be reserved for you once payment has been received. If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, I may make the artwork available to other buyers.ShippingOnce payment has been received, I will carefully package the artwork and arrange shipping.
